Up Xtreme fallback to UEFI shell on cold boot

I use several Up Xtreme for industrial projects but on one system, if I do not use it for several days, on the first boot, the Up does not boot properly and stop in the UEFI shell. If I unplug the power and try again, it works and I can power cycle it again in the same day.
But as soon I let it off for a few days, the problem happen again.
But in my industrial process, I need to make it boot automatically with a relay and there is no screen connected in case of a failure.

Do you have an idea how to fix this behavior?

Edit: I have already tried to upgrade the BIOS version to the latest available but with no success.

    Hi @rreignier ,

    I suspect it is from the CMOS battery. Can you check in BIOS when this happens if the date and time resets?

    Hi @camillus

    I had the same though but after a reboot, without any internet connection for more than 2 weeks, the date and time in BIOS are still up to date.
    And the BIOS setting to always power on after a power failure is still set.
    So I guess the issue might be elsewhere.

    @camillus I think that there is an issue on my board, how should I apply for RMA?

    Hi @rreignier ,

    You can apply for an RMA from here if you purchased directly from UP shop, otherwise you have to raise it through your reseller.

    Have you tried contacting the reseller again?
