ISP cable to connect UP Squared pack-APLC2-0432 with DediProg SF-600
Hi,
I have the UP Squared pack-APLC2-0432. Where can I find the cable to connect it with the DediProg SF-600?
The one from SF-600 is ISP Cable (ISP-600-CB1-G) . But it does not fit with connection of the UP Squared pack.
Thanks,
Canh

Hi,
From this webpage
https://wiki.up-community.org/BIOS_chip_flashing_on_UP_Squared, we have the following line"Procedure
First, make sure you have made a custom cable to connect SF100 and UP Squared CN22 connector. "Where can I buy that custom cable? or do I have to make it ?
Thanks,

Hi @ctkha
It is a cable we do internally.
We are checking if it is something we can provide in our shop or, if not possible, provide you the details of the connectors for you to build it.

Hi DCleri,
Could you give an update for this issue?
Thanks,

@DCleri
Hi I'm a newbie of UP Squared. Unless any update about this, I understand we have 2 options, correct?- We have to make the custom cable for UP Squared as referenced in the link that you mentioned already.
- We have to use ISP-TC-8 test clip as you commented here (I guess the pin layout is the same as UP Board).
Do you think which is easier for begineers?

@thcci
Yes, your understanding is correct. Here's pinouts for 8pin SPI flash on UP & UP Squared boardFor me, I would suggest that you choose "1" because you don't need to remove Heatsink from the UP Squared manually to find the BIOS chip.
