Issue Powering USB Camera using USB 3.0 OTG Port

Hello,

I am working on a project where I would like to use my Up Board to power a USB camera which requires USB 3.0 compatibility and 3.2 watts of power. I have bought a USB 3.0 to micro USB b adaptor to interface with the Up Board however, when I plug everything in the camera does not seem to be recognized by the downloaded software or is powered (indication via LED). I set up the BIOS according to wiki for device mode as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
