No HDMI or DP output, solid blue LED

I have unplugged the RTC battery for an extended period of time, tried a different monitor cable, and nothing. My board arrived this way unfortunately. I have a number of Up2 and this is the first problem I've encountered. I have requested an RMA from Mouser (as has been the recommendation here for circumstances matching my own) and they have indicated that I require a response to my own forum post indicating this is the appropriate measure to take in my circumstances. If there is any other troubleshooting I should perform, please let me know.

    I have exactly the same thing, just came in tonight, blue led on, no output although the monitor "turns on" showing something on the HDMI port. yet another kickstarter computer that doesn't work ? - unfortunately sending it anywhere from australia is going to cost plenty.

    If the board is DOA and you got from the UP Shop, you don't have to pay any shipping for the replacement.
    Please submit the RMA request on the UP Shop.
