can you provide me with more details like below
    1. What’s BIOS version you use
    2. Which one of the windows 10 drivers you use? 32 or 64bit ?
    3. What kind of information from Intel driver about "error" message

    I purchased Up Board 64GB 4G!
I downloded and upgraded the BIOS from here
I downloded and tried to install the driver (Windows 10 64bit) from here
I'm at work now, tonight I will post the precise version of the Bios and the error log files.

Are the setups the right ones?
Are the location download correct ?

Yes, that's correct, and i have already tested it with Win10 enterprise 64bit (Ver.1709) on my UP, no problem with that driver package, no any crashes.
So, I recommend you to take further action as below
    1. Re-download windows 10 drivers, to confirm the file size is 253 MB (266,068,610 bytes)
    2. Check your bios update is 64bit ("go_64.nsh") for UPC1BM0X
    3. Check your OS image is 64bit or 32bit
    4. Try again and set OS image ID is Windows in BIOS boot
