With Shell you mean EFI Shell?

There are two ways to solve your problem.

    1. When you power on the board, click DEL over and over until it boots you into BIOS settings, there you set BOOT ORDER to be USB first, save settings and reboot. Next startup you need to change it back so you don't always boot from it.

    2. When you get the EFI shell, look at the screen, it should say something like "fs0" and "fs1" and then "blk0", "blk1", etc.
    Type:
    fs1:

This should give you a changed prompt that says something like
    fs1:\

    or something similar.
    Now type exactly this:
    efi\boot\bootx64.efi

    This should start the installer.

Let us know how it goes.

And if you want to make sure you do it in the right format, etc - use microsoft's own media creator tool.
