Installation of WIN10_32 - Step_1 drivers fails

I installed the 32 bit bios in order to install 32 bit windows 10. After installation I tried installing the MS WINDOWS 10 32BIT DRIVERS PACKAGE. I copied the driver folder to my desktop after the installation failed a couple of time, because I saw that was an issue with the 64 bit driver file. But I continue to have the same failure. Can any help with the reason? I have included the log file.
Thanks,
Steve

The driver on below link may help:
http://www.aaeon.com/en/p/up-board-computer-board-for-professional-makers#downloads
.
Unable to pre-install driver file: C:\Users\Myname\Desktop\WIN10_32\Drivers\Graphics\igdlh.inf - error code 3758097155
I have pulled the WIN10_32 folder out of the "Step_1..." folder thinking that could be the issue, but no luck.
I'm dead in the water at this point.

In the same RAR file there is also a folder with a dummy driver, that 'installs' all-but-one unknown device.
This extra unknown device may produced by old driver.
Would you mind to reinstall Windows and reinstall driver?
If you have 'Bridge Device' with exclamation mark, please try to update your windows 10 then the driver will be installed.
(Via 'windows icon' -> 'Settings' -> 'Update & Security' -> 'Update')
Or enter 'device manager', to manually install bridge device driver through internet.
Please 'Right click' on 'Bridge device' -> 'Update Driver Software' -> 'Search automatically for updated driver software' to install.
About four 'unknown device', they can be installed with dummy driver.
