windows 10 suddenly wont boot on two boards.

hi,
i have 3 up core boards,
two of them suddenly stop booting.
when i power them on system goes into bios.
in OS IMAGE it seems to recognize the windows but when i send it to boot it just keeps going into bios.
Comments
did the 2 boards lost power suddenly before the problem appeared?
Please try to disconnect all the cables and then remove the RTC battery and re-plug it after few minutes. Then power on the boards again.
Is the issue still happening?
yeah iv'e tried that on both boards and it didnt work.
yes the boards lost power because they were running of a bench power supply and were shut down by turning of the supply.
any other options?
If you plug a USB (the one with the Windows Installer) can it boot from there?
If so, please try the option to repair/recovery as the eMMC boot partition could be corrupted due to the power loss.
ill try to boot from a usb stick..
how do i go about with the other option repair/recovery?

Hi,
i tried using the boot from usb, and then after using disk clean with diskpart, it managed to reboot itself and work.
