in UP Squared Troubleshooting and FAQs

Hello, I have an Up square card with 4GB ram, 32 eMMC.
This is a first use.
When initializing, the card turns to the boot, I see none of the eMMC memory.
I tried the 4 boot modes (USB, hard disk, CD/DVD andNetwork) the last one will not work because I have no network.

    What product you bought exactly?
    Is it from the up-shop?

    We only sell some development kits with Ubuntu pre-installed, otherwise Ubuntu is one of the compatible systems and we provide the users tutorials on how to do the setup: https://wiki.up-community.org/Ubuntu

    I bought this card in June last year but I didn’t have time to use it because I had a fire in my shop. (I received the card after the disaster.)

    It is just a pack/bundle with multiple products/accessories included.

    The system is shipped without OS installed.

    As mentioned above, use the link for Ubuntu from our wiki to install the Operating System on your board.

    the standard default BIOS setup is ok, also your setup seems good.

    You cannot see the eMMC or SATA disk under the boot options until you install the OS.
