UP square stability issues

My UP square is becoming more and more unstable. It often required to be power cycled.
It is from the "UP² Pentium Plus Innovator Package" and has been running VMware for more than 2 years.
Any suggestion to where to start debugging?

    Have you run any software updates on the system? Sometimes they can cause regression in system stability

    Other than that, how are the system and SoC temperature, and have been those monitored over the 2 years?

    Last part, can you check if replacing the PSU you may solve the issue?
