Watchdog Timer in BIOS v5.0

I have had trouble getting the watchdog timer to work on my UpSquared board, so I recently updated the BIOS to v5.0. The watchdog timer is supposed to be enabled by default, but I still can't get it to work. Is there an option in the BIOS menu to enable or disable the watchdog timer? I can't seem to find one.
