I have a UPBoard that does not cut off power to the USB ports during shutdown. I compared the settings of the bios with another one that works correctly. What do you recommend?

Can you share the Board revision from the product ID available in your shop purchase?
What is the BIOS version?
What is the other board that works correctly?

the card that works correctly is the C19514187, same model, same firmware -
if the other board is exactly the same, then you should issue a RMA request
