How can I run an Up Squared (v1) off battery?

I checked the forums and while there's a lot of old posts, they are from years ago, and most of them reference products that can no longer be purchased. Does anyone have a solution for how to run an UP Squared (v1) off battery for at least 4 hours, with currently-available components?

OK, let me ask a simpler question:

I'm considering buying this raspberry pi power hat to power the up-squared: https://www.waveshare.com/ups-hat.htm

It says it can provide up to 2.5A of continuous current. Given that the power supply for the UP^2 says it's 5V at 6A, is that going to not be enough Amps to power the board?
