Not able to boot into clonezilla

Hi.

I recently purchased and got my first UP Squared board.

I copied clonezilla onto a flash drive and tried booting into it on the Up Squared. I couldn't get past a blue screen saying "Boot option restoration. Press any key to stop system reboot"

When I press enter I get to chose between the following options:

"Reset System" which just reboots back into Boot option restoration.
"Continue boot" which sends me to a gnu grub screen.
"Always continue boot" which I didn't try

Why can't I boot clonezilla?
