lost display resolution
Can anyone please help me?
To start with my "UP card" was working perfectly with Windows 10 IoT Core when suddenly the display turned off, while the UP card kept working normally. During the investigation I noticed that the whole list of resolutions was lost and only the resolution 1280x720 (60Hz) was left, while my display needs a resolution of 800x480 (59Hz).
Can anyone tell me how can I reset the list of screen resolutions?
Thank you

Maybe this might help.
Screen Resolution -
hi rogertsai,
I saw that post a while ago, but my problem is that the list is gone.
As you can see in the following screenshot.
thank you so much for your answer. -

Have you tried to run the command below using remote PowerShell / SSH session to set the screen resolution to your UPSetDisplayResolution [width] [height]

yes, I have already tried that too.

Furthermore the device worked perfectly for about a month and one day by turning it off and on again the problem occurred. I can add that by reinstalling the operating system the defect can be solved, this is because the problem has already occurred and it is also systematic. If in the preliminary phase of installing the OS with connected 1920x1080 office monitor, you lose the whole list of resolutions. However I would like to understand why the device does this, if it is reliable and if it is possible to restore the normal condition without redoing everything from the beginning.

Hi,
so there is no solution to the problem? the only way is to reinstall the OS? -
@olimpio
I'm not sure how to reproduce your issue, but if you can provide more details on how to reproduce your issue? I will be happy to take a look.
