Screen Resolution

I have a UP Board on which I have installed windows IoT core and I have connected a HDMI display with 1024x600 resolution.
I used this display with Raspberry, succeeding, through file config.txt, to bring it to a resolution of 1280x720.
I can't do the same thing with the Up board.
Is there any setting I have to set in the bios?

You can change the screen resolution of your UP by device portal, take a look at the pictures below
