Where to plug S.USV UP PicoBlade cables on UP square ?

Hi,

I have an UP square and a S.USV UPs mobile. I don't know where to plug the two PicoBlade cables which connect the S.USV buttons to the UP Square. I understood that the button S1 should be connected to CN33 (power button wafer) for the UP board. But there isn't CN33 on the UP square. And secondly, where should be connected the second button S3 ?
I have another question: should I remove the RTC Battery when the S.USV is connected and why ?
