No power, No LED lights

Hi,

I just started using my up board celeron duo after it got misplaced during my move. It worked fine for a day then the board became unresponsive.

There is no power and no LED lights

I tried reset, loosening the heat sink screws etc but It had no effect

any suggestions ?? Any ideas on how to debug ??

Have you checked if the power supply is working fine?

What power supply are you using?

I am using the one recommended by up and bought it from mouser ..

Yes the power supply is working

if the power supply is working, and the board is not anymore (not even a blue led) then apply for RMA if you are within warranty period.

Power is working but Ethernet cable is not working how to solve this problem .
