Up Squared not working require hardware diagrams for debug

We have been working with Up Squared devices in our research for past 1 year or so. The device stopped working (no boot options, LEDs are off, board is consuming around 0.60A continuous, the device connected at one USB 3.0 was damaged as well) during some operation and we are not able to debut the issue.
It would be very helpful if I could get Schematics, Assembly and test point diagrams.
I am not sure about the warranty so we are looking to the help to debug the device at our facility.

    Schematics and assembly information cannot be shared as it is not open hardware.

    If you think the board stopped working because of an hardware issue you can apply for RMA and we can look into it.

    Please contact the shop/distributor to know more about the warranty for your product.
