my up does not start on the screen, nothing will show up
no light for pcb.
the power supply connected correctly the other up is working properly

I think one of your units may simply be DoA. Unfortunately, I have the exact same problem, however do not have a second unit to compare it with. I have checked for basic shorts to ground, and voltage levels where I can, but without access to a schematic & board-view file, progress is extremely slow as you're reverse engineering an extremely complex and dense board. (so in many cases have to simply guess at what's happening on invisible layers.

Try to remove the cmos battery to reset the bios, if it's still not working, you can apply for RMA
