Two UARTs in Windows

Hello.
I’ve got COM1 in Device Manager and it is working fine (CN7 connector). But is it possible to use second UART (40pin connector) in Windows. I’ve found an information at this boart that it is not possible in windows. But I don’t know it never be avaliable or it is the problem of drivers, which will be solved soon.
Somebody helps?
