How to flash Up Board Squared?

So far I've built an image with Yocto, creating the hddimg that I flash to a USB and then press install.

However, I want to install this to 20 Up boards, and this process is quite tedious. Is there a way to flash the eMMC directly? Some CLI tool so I can connect the Up board to a computer and then flash the eMMC?

We've used Clonezilla with an NFS server hosting images. Not sure how different this is for the Up Squared, but it should be pretty much the same: https://forum.up-community.org/discussion/2073/flashing-an-image-onto-new-devices#latest

Not really. I am also looking for other ways to do it.
