Up Squared Does not power up

After a recent restart of the UpSquared following a series of Ubuntu updates the system will not boot up.
After power on the Blue LED Illuminates but does not display the Bios screen.
I have tried removing the Battery from the Bios for 30 seconds and reconnecting but this does not make any difference.
