Up board reliability (Ethernet/video problems)

in UP Board Linux
Just got my Upboard as part of the Intel Robotics Dev kit.
The Ethernet will not work at 100M speeds, only 1G.
The board will reboot correctly maybe 1 in 4 times; it looks like it is a video problem as I can usually ssh in.

How do I know if this is a bad board? Any pointers on troubleshooting it?

    To Ethernet, the Ethernet chip's support for 10/100/1000Base x1 as below picture . can you briefly describe the error status of port, and how to reproduce


    To reboot / Video issue, I’m not sure about this, but you can check out all of your devices and view their relevant drivers by using the device manager or by Terminal.

    Maybe you can try this way below to check your device is work
    >> Checking the power source, DC in 5v / 1.5A above
    >> UP board power activity led is work
    >> Install os and drivers
    >> Reboot, and make sure your device is discoverable, and is working correctly.
