I've just installed activ cooling but fan is not spinning. Why?
Maybe should I turn on fan in BIOS or somewhere?

    Check the instructions on where to plug the fan in, the place that looks obvious is the shrouded JST connector near the power switch, but that is actually for a reset switch. the fan gets plugged into the most inside pins of the tiny dual row header behind the outside doublestack USB connector.
