I ended up tossing the board(s), and replacing them. Actually the second one I have not replaced yet. So I am down to just one UP board (And an UP2). I saw at least one dead component and figured there could be more and it did not want to chance it. I just wish that maybe UP would have a repair center that maybe could fix these.
