Missing drivers and SDK

Hi All,

Any idea where I can find the appropriate drivers for the UP Board 4/64 (UP-CHT01-A10-0464)? The drivers in the download section are not complete. I still have 3 unrecognized devices. The are:

_SB.PCI0.PWM1
_SB.PCI0.PWM2
_SB.PCI0.I2C3.ADC0

I am using 64 bit Windows 10 Ent.

Also any idea where to find documents about the SDK and the SDK itself?
Want to use the GPIO with C/C++.
I am a bit stuck, a lot of links here are not functioning anymore.
