MIPI camera Pin Outs?

Does anyone have the pin outs for the MIPI camera connectors? Reference Designator on Up^2 board are CN4 and CN5.
Also, are there any available commercial cameras for these connectors? If yes, do you have the part numbers?

Where can we found the datasheet with the 4-lane MIPI pinout (31 pin) ?
