Fail to install Pre-installed OS from https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-squared-iot-gro

I erase the EMMC by mistake, I want to install Pre-installed OS form https://downloads.up-community.org/download/up-squared-iot-grove-development-kit-ubuntu-16-04-server-image/
But the image is zip file, I flashed it to my U disk, and try to install but failed. It shows a screen, choose mode, include poweroff, reboot , enter command mode.
