Hi I am from the Netherlands and received my UP-Board a week ago.
Since long I was looking for a nice solution to decrease the load average on my Synology NAS (> 1).
Now thanks to the UP board that has been solved.
It runs on Ubuntu (normal desktop version) and hosts Couchpotato, Sickrage and SABnzbd+.
The files are downloaded, unpacked and moved to the NAS.
The board it self handles everything with ease. The board itself lives in the utility closet.

the poor board like a slave!

Since I haven't figured out how to pay the UP-board for it's services, technically you are right; it's a slave.
But it has his own room and looks rather happy, so don't worry. -
Welcome Hindelaufen! Thanks for sharing.
From our experience, UP boards are happiest in dry, cool environments. They seem uninterested in coins or food, for the most part.
