Sata power, and fan header max current limit

Hi! I'm going to install a 80x80x10mm 5v 0.25A fan for my Up Squared board, but I don't know current limit values of sata power and fan header pins (an easy way would be connect it to an usb 3.0 port, of course, but i'd like install this fan internally). Any help?
