S.USV UPs firmware version 2.40 reboots after power failure

hi,
With last firmware version, 2.40, it reboots after i unplug the energy. Is this a bug (it didn't occur with previous firmware!) or some desired configuration (how can i disabled it)?
anyone experience the same behaviour?
NOTE: the susv daemon is not running.

just test new version 2.51 and i can confirm that is fix.
