7'' LCD Touchscreen display not working

  1. Enabled panel in BIOS with correct resolution
  2. Saved and restarted. I see BIOS startup/Ubutu loading screen and then it goes to a black screen with /dev/mmcbl0p2 new journal.

ubuntu 16.04

Also at https://wiki.up-community.org/Hardware, "DSI Kit" links aren't working. It works fine when I disable the panel in BIOS and view with HDMI
