Trouble with Ubuntu Installer (Grub)

Hey
My UP^2 finally came. First day went waiting since I had no USB keyboard at home. Second day I brought my keyboard home from work to find the installer doesn't recognize it. >.<
When I go into the BIOS, the keyboard works fine. When I'm at the first menu of the Ubunutu installer (Grub), the only key provoking any response is Pause Break. Escape, up/down and enter don't react letting me complete the installation.
Any ideas?

Resolved the issue now or found a workaround at least. I have to enter the boot menu manually every time I turn on the board (F7). From there I can select the Linux installer or the system after installation and the keyboard will work.

I have the same Keyboard, it has a switch to get the keyboard in a bios compatibility mode. Try to toggle the switch in a position that grub is working with.

Doesn't work, that was the first thing I tried (switching to BIOS mode).
