Upboard lockup and black screen - Ubuntu 16.04

Hi,

I have an application that is running 24x7 for a project. After a few days the upboard locks up and it does not have any output through the HDMI just black screen and cannot access through SSH or anything it is completely locked up or frozen. When we reboot the board it still does not show anything on the screen just black screen. The only way to bring it back on is by resetting the power.

Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04 Desktop
Hardware Specs: Upboard 2GB RAM, 32GB Storage, DC 5V, 4A.


Have anyone come across this issue? Are there any fixes for this?
