Board no longer boots up

Yesterday, I tried to boot my board. I get a blue LED but nothing else. No response to Num Lock on keyboard and nothing displayed on HDMI monitor.
I tried two different power supplies and two different monitors/keyboards/mice. I even unplugged the RTC battery. Any other suggestions? I have the 4 GB RAM, 64 GB Flash version.

Before this, did you get UP board boot up successfully?

Yes, it was working just fine. I unplugged it and took it home and plugged it back in and it wouldn't power up. I get Blue light but nothing else. I followed your link for RMA, but all I got was policy statement, not link to actually request RMA.

If you bought it from UP shop, go into your account, there you will see order details. Choose the order which you bought your board, select items for RMA.
