Memory type in BIOS

OK, all over the advertising, Kickstarter and packaging it says the UP2 is equipped with LPDDR4 - why in my BIOS does it say LPDDR3?

Not sure, I don't have my UP in front of me to check part numbers, but from a pic I found I see the part number "K4F8E304HB-MGCH" Which a bit of googling turns up Samsung LPDDR4. Additionally the pins on the board layout show 200 pins, which points to LPDDR4. Maybe a BIOS issue?

Well, smadger could try and look what the DDR-chips on the board say. If they match "K4F8E304HB-MGCH" then it's just a typo in the BIOS-text and nothing to fret over.

UP Squared is using LPDDR4. Maybe it is a typo in our BIOS .
Thanks for feedback, we are going to correct it in the next BIOS release. -
I tried to read the part numbers before posting, but I must have read the wrong tiny numbers. Just to clear things up, the numbers match, just a typo then
