Hello, can I program Windows Phone on windows 10 with default emulator hyper-v for phone with UP-Board Z8350 ?

    Theoretically, It should be possible provided since the Z8350 supports virtualization, but I wouldn't recommend it. You need a good computer with lots of ram to use Visual Studio + hyper-v emulation of a phone.
