Interacting with GPIO pins

You might be able to use it if you force it to use the sysfs method for accessing the GPIO pins:

#!/usr/bin/python
import wiringpi
io = wiringpi.GPIO(wiringpi.GPIO.WPI_MODE_SYS)
...

But this isn't something I've tested myself so I'm really not sure.
