UPBoard power problem.

Hello to all members of the UPcommunity.
I have a problem connecting the Upboard. I would appreciate help.
When the power is turned on, the blue LED is power on but after a few seconds it goes out and the fan is turned off too.
In that interval the screen connects but I do not have time to see what it is. I've tried with a boot usb but still with the same behavior. Also try to enter the bios configuration but see the configuration screen for one second it's power off and I can not change anything.
I do not know if it has gone wrong from the factory or is a recoverable problem. (I have another of the same characteristics and I had no problem)
Can you help me solve the problem?

Something to rule out here would be corrupted BIOS settings, I think. Can you try disconnecting your RTC battery for a few minutes, then booting the board, then try again with the battery reconnected?
