Assistance Needed: Repairing UP2 Board Voltage Issue

I trust this message reaches you in good spirits.

I'm reaching out regarding the UP2 board recently acquired. Regrettably, it was powered with the incorrect voltage (12v instead of 5v). As a result, the board no longer displays any output, although the blue LED does illuminate. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this issue.

    Did you buy UP Squared or UP Squared Pro??
    UP Squared is for 5V,and UP Squared Pro is for 12V.

    Could you please take a picture or provide the Serial number to me??
