BIOS rebooting

in UP Squared BIOS & FPGA

Hello.
We use some UP2 UPS-APLC2F-A20-0432 with Ubuntu.
After boot into default BIOS 6.1 without or with engineering pass - it rebooting after 10-20 seconds.
Than updated bIOS to last 6.4 and also rebooting after 20sec.
How can we resolve problem with rebooting BIOS
?

    Hi Sir

    I tyied the bios version which you said. (6.1 & 6.4)
    I could not duplicate the problem.
    Are there any external devices connected?

    No, I disconnected all devices, only USB keyboard, mouse and hdmi monitor connected.

    I resolve problem at a moment - by entering to BIOS by Serial console!
    And change I2C frequency from 400 to 100 KHz.
    But problem with rebooting is actual..
