UpXtreme not booting, What should be done

Recently I bought an up Xtreme board and I tried booting it but it opens the UEFI shell and when given exit it opens the Aptio setup utility and the boot options shows all the elements and not booting, the device is already preinstalled with ubuntu

Hi @Lakshmi_3,

Navigate to BOOT and make sure that UEFI shell is not first on boot priority, Save and Exit to verify if OS boots properly.

Thanks for the image, I see Chipset options, kindly select the BOOT option, two places to the right and make sure UEFI Shell is not first on priority

Can you select Hard Disk as first priority and see if it boots into the preinstalled Ubuntu OS.
