Serial port on the 40 pin hat connector

Set up:
UP-CHT01-A22-0432-A11
Windows 10 pro

Problem:
Trying to use the serial port on the 40 pin hat connector, pins 8 and 10. But can’t get windows to see this port. Is there a bios setup I need to do or an extra driver I need to install?

Have already installed and followed the following instruction doc –

UP-CHT01_Windows_10_driver 20190516.rar, also tried UpFrameworkSetup-220105.zip
