What is the pinout for the 16-pin connector

We have an UP Squared Pro Edge unit and need to know the relationship between /sys/class/gpio and the 16-pin connector.
I understand how to configure and control gpio using sysfs. I just need to know how the 16-pin GPIO connector is configured.

I was referring to the connector on the chassis. I found connector information on page 40 of the manual.
The pinout for Up Squared Pro board doesn't include Linux GPIO No though. However I've been advised that the Linux GPIO No details are the same as shown in the pinout for the Up Squared board
