Change BIOS logo from the UP logo to custom bitmap

Hello everyone. I will be developing a prototype medical device used as a proof of concept in 2022. I'd like to keep the branding uniform, and so I would like to replace the UP boot up logo with my own brand bitmap. I have not yet purchased an UP board, so I am doing some research now to see how flexible the bios is compared to other boards. I'm flexible with which UP board I use. Thank you all. -Rob.
