Imaging Windows for Multiple Boards

I am looking to use an Up-Board for a project, which will potentially have hundreds of installations. when using windows previously, we would just remove the HD and image it, then apply this image to the new devices.

I am looking to do the same with the UP Board. does anyone have suggestions on how this can be done ?
