U60 and U61 blew after connecting power, someone has partnumbers?

When I connected power to my UP board (kickstarter version) it produced a flame. I identified two components on the back of the board being burned, namely U60 and U61. Can anyone with an UP board look at what components these are? I want to try to replace the burnt parts in order to try to fix the UP board.

@camillus thanks for your swift answer. This board was received because of backing the kickstarter campaign way back (in March 2016). Do you still provide RMA support with items that old?
