Bypass Power Button

Looking to have the unit power on as soon as power is present.
Is the only way to bypass the state of the power button to short the pins?I didn't see any bios setting for changing states.

In case anyone is searching for this, in the BIOS it is possible to make the system boot if power is present : Advanced -> Power Management -> Restore AC Power Loss : Always ON
