Does up2 tie clock buffer to CLKREQ#

April 2020 in UP Squared Hardware Specification

Looking into the suitability of a hardware component to be added to the mPCIe port and the manufacturer has asked if "Up Squared board adds a clock buffer tied to CLKREQ#". Can anyone help with this?
